We collect the following data through our forms (direct contact, editorial briefing, mini-quiz):

• Name and email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Approximate wedding date and guest count (optional)
• Zone and vendor category of interest
• Attribution (UTM, referrer) and IP address for analytics
• Explicit consent to receive editorial emails

• Respond to your inquiries and requests (primary purpose)
• Send the editorial briefing for the vendor you requested, if applicable
• Coordinate with vendors on your explicit request
• With your explicit opt-in (checkbox): send you curated editorial email sequences with guides, recommendations and resources
• Aggregate analytics of site usage (without identifying you individually)

If you opt in to editorial emails, we'll send a short curated sequence:

• Briefing requests: 4 emails over 60 days (day 3, 7, 30, and 60)
• Editorial download from a guide: 3 emails over 30 days (day 5, 15, 30)
• Mini-quiz from a guide or category: 3 emails over 30 days (day 5, 15, 30)
• Vendor inquiries: 2 emails over 5 days (guide + similar recommendations)
